We care about you and continue to provide a variety of tasty, nutritious options to meet your special dietary needs. Click on the boxes below to see our Kosher Modified Diet menus for Low Sodium, Oriental Delights, Vegan and Vegetarian, plus Organic Soups with modifications for Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free diets.
You can add any of the weeks from these modified diet menus to your regular meal rotation, up to 21 meals per week. Call us at 1-888- 928-2323, we would love to help you create a meal plan that includes your favorites and meets your dietary requirements!
All weeks include a stick of butter, traditional or gourmet bread, quart of juice and a half gallon of milk.
• Choice of Dairy: Skim, 2%, Chocolate, Buttermilk, Kefir, Soy, Rice or Almond Milk, or Sliced Cheese
• Choice of Juices: Orange, Apple, Cranberry, or Fruit Punch. Seasonal fresh fruit or canned fruit and vegetables upon request.
• Choice of Bread: Loaf of Gourmet Wheat, Loaf of Gourmet Jewish Rye, or 1/2 Loaf Traditional White or Wheat
